Post-Apocalypse is an ongoing community art project where people mail us from the future, telling us what life is like beyond the Coming Apocalypse.

Kevin Costner will grow gills in the future, after global warming drowns us all
This one comes from Jarrett Butler, local artist and co-founder of Post-Apocalypse.  Jam on.

I'm so sick of weeding, now that the apocalypse has come
This'n comes to us from Broken Brain of These Go To Eleven.

spam and the apocalypse. Can't go wrong
The Spam-pocolypse is Jarrett Butler's second shot.

So, um, couldn't have been more specific about what'll happen next December? Dick.
And this glorious masterpiece is by Bill Dubert, the other co-founder of Post-A.

We've got another one from Erin Violet, but sadly I can't get it to scan properly right now.  It will be up later this week.

Our First Postcard!
Postapocalypse
This one comes from my dear friend Erin Violet in Illinois.  She's an amateur artist, who spends a great deal of time parenting, and the rest of it making delightful zombie dolls for her kids.  We'll be building her a site to sell them soon.  The scan sucks, as it turns out.  I'll have to get a better scanner, I think.  Which makes me sad, because I just blew too much money on sushi.

We're extremely pleased to announce that we have received our first postcard.  I can't believe that this actually worked.  Now, if we can just get this damned scanner working, we'll have one actually on the website.  Which is exciting.  Thus our excitement.

We're very excited to announce that we actually have postcards in the mail, on their way to us right now.  Hopefully this means that we'll have actual content up on here this weekend.  The mailing information is now on the site for the general public to view, as well.  Click on the "send us your card" link over there.--->

So go make a card, and check back soon to revel in the awesomeness that is post-apocalypse.org.
